Membership Initiation Fee: $250 (One-time Fee)
Membership Dues Paid in Full for One Year: $4,200 (billed every year, on date of activation)

Your membership initiation fee and dues for the year will activate your membership with SAC Collective for Jacksonville and Orlando. You will be billed yearly with an automatic renewal each consecutive year. If you wish to cancel your membership, a written cancelation notice is required 30 days prior the cancelation date.
