Membership Initiation Fee: $250 (One-time Fee)
Membership Monthly Dues: $350 (Billed monthly for one year, on date of activation)

Your membership initiation fee and first month’s dues will activate your membership with SAC Collective for Jacksonville and Orlando. You will be billed monthly for one year with an automatic renewal each consecutive year. If you wish to cancel your membership, a written cancelation notice is required 30 days prior the cancelation date.
