Membership Initiation Fee: $300

Membership Monthly Dues: $300 (Billed monthly for one year, on date of activation)

Your membership initiation fee and first month’s dues will activate your membership with SAC Collective for Jacksonville. You will be billed monthly for one year with an automatic renewal each consecutive year. If you wish to cancel your membership, a written cancelation notice is required 90 days prior to the cancelation date.
